Our project managers continuously keep up to date with their respective forever changing environments.

CENTRE
We have an in-house training centre accredited with the Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) as well as the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) enabling us to issue accredited certificates.

We consider training as one of the most important aspects of a person’s career. Therefore, we do our utmost to train our personnel on a continuous basis.
TRAINING OF
LOCAL ASSISTANTS
We also train the local general assistants which we employ in the areas we work. We train them in the technical skills required for the project and this ranges from concrete work, road furniture, landscaping etc.
TECHNICAL
ABILITIES
Training is done on various technical abilities such as surveying, pipe-laying etc., but also in softer skills such as health and safety management.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Mr Zander Hattingh is our Health, Safety and Environmental Manager.
With his team of officers and representatives, they plan, implement and control this section of the company's work for each site individually.
It is through their efforts and the cooperation of the management and employees of the company that M Civils (Pty) Ltd has an excellent Health and Safety record.
